Casa de Pancho

A website build for Casa de Pancho, a Mexican restaurant in Los Angeles that features both a family style and night party location. I've long wanted to design something with elements of the Spanish style found local to me and enjoyed the initial styling of this project very enjoyable.

Home

I created a unified landing page for Casa de Pancho, leading visitors to two distinct location-specific home pages. This redesign features a modernized style and layout, blending vibrant design elements with the restaurant’s authentic Mexican charm. The project ensures a seamless user experience, allowing customers to easily explore offerings tailored to their chosen location.

Anaheim Location

A darker version reflects the more adult-oriented clientele of the cantina, featuring richer, deeper color palettes and more sophisticated design elements. This aesthetic was designed to instill a moody, inviting atmosphere that appeals to a mature audience.

Walnut Location

Being patronized by a wide range of ages and often families, I used a lighter color theme to suggest a welcoming place of refreshment and take a supporting position for vibrant photography of food and drink.

User Flows and Wireframes

These visual blueprints serve as a foundation, guiding the design process and ensuring a relatively seamless developer (me) and user experience.

Responsive Design

All pages of the website are designed and developed to be fully responsive with light asset payloads, ensuring usability across various devices and screen sizes.
Reflection

General Takeaway

I really enjoyed the visual design stage of this project because the client embraced my initial vision. This alignment made my development process smooth and enjoyable. Using WordPress and Elementor with a clear design was intuitive and refreshing.
